Day 1 - Friday, November 16th
Bampa was to take us to the airport but remembered that he and Gramie had tickets to a concert at the Auburn Avenue Theater. Sherrill Clark lives across the street from them and he drove us. We met the Eppersons minus Katie and team at the airport for our 11:16PM oneway flight to Orlando on Alaska Airlines. This year we checked our bags and would not see them again until they were delivered to our room at the All Star Sports Resort in Disney World. |
Day 2 - Saturday, November 17th |
At the airport around 7:30AM we boarded the bus for the 30 minute ride to All Star Sports resort in Disney World. We assembled near the pool and Steve passed out our park passes and room keys. Our rooms would not be ready until 3:00PM so everyone headed out to the different theme parks. We were anxious to try the new Expedition Everest roller coaster, so we headed for Disney's Animal Kingdom |

We went over to the Expedition Everest roller coater and pulled fast passes. Then headed for the Dinosaur ride. |
The Dinosaur ride wait was too long. We settled for a McDonalds lunch at Restaurantosaurs. Our bill was $39! After eating we walked over and watched "A Bugs Life" |
