Auburn Riverside High School qualified 3 boys for state at the league qualifier at Gold Mountain - Olympic course in October 2007. Lead by senior, four year letterman and 3 time state participant Ross Wohlhueter. With senior, Cody Bykonen, the South Puget Sound League 3A division player of the year, and sophomore 2 year letterman and 2 year all league first team, Dustin Hegge. Ross and Dustin each shot 76 and made the cut for the second day. Cody shot an 80. Ross posted a 75 and Dustin an 84 on day two, placing Ross 18th, Dustin 38th and Cody approx 45th in a field of 80 golfers. The team placed 10th overall.
(There are 73 3A teams statewise with a total of 876 boys playing JV and Varsity golf.)
